W:You should be able to find something comfortable in town, though that would be kind of far from school. M:Since I've got a car,the distance wouldn't really be a problem.
W:But the parking might be. M:That's right.With the parking lots on the campus so crowded,it would be foolish even to try driving to school.
W:What about the extra expense? M:I guess the rents in town are likely to be pretty high.
