Founded in Beijing in 1996, The China-Australia Chamber of Commerce’s (AustCham Beijing) overriding goal is to advance Australian Business in China. It functions to provide members with the information, resources and contacts they need to succeed in China.
The Chamber maintains a good working relationship with the Australian Embassy and with the various
Australian government departments in China.
AustCham is a non-profit organisation which operates independently from government. It is funded entirely by our membership and Chamber activities. Together with our sister AustChams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, we work to promote strong trade and investment links between Australia and China.

1、日常收支的管理和核對(duì);
2、辦公室基本賬務(wù)的核對(duì);
3、收集和審核原始憑證，保證報(bào)銷(xiāo)手續(xù)及原始單據(jù)的合法性、準(zhǔn)確性;
4、登記現(xiàn)金、銀行存款日記賬并準(zhǔn)確錄入系統(tǒng)，按時(shí)編制銀行存款余額調(diào)節(jié)表;
5、記賬憑證的編號(hào)、裝訂;保存、歸檔財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)資料;
6、開(kāi)具各項(xiàng)票據(jù);
7、銀行付款(包括應(yīng)付工資、應(yīng)付賬款的付款流程)催收應(yīng)收賬款
8、編制、審核會(huì)計(jì)憑證;
9、納稅申報(bào)，協(xié)調(diào)處理各項(xiàng)稅務(wù)事項(xiàng);
10、編制財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表，編制月度、季度、年度預(yù)算;
11、往來(lái)款項(xiàng)(主要是會(huì)員費(fèi))的催收與支付;
12、各種財(cái)務(wù)制度與流程的更新與維護(hù)等財(cái)務(wù)工作和協(xié)助其他部門(mén)業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)工作。
