1.沙漠的成因 主要有三個(gè)，共同點(diǎn)是lack of moisture
(1)遠(yuǎn)離海岸的內(nèi)陸沙漠 - 因?yàn)殡x海岸太遠(yuǎn)所以沒(méi)有很多降水，這里舉了Texas的三個(gè)城市的年均降水量為例
(2)在海岸線上的沙漠
(3)在mountain leeside的沙漠
2和3主要都是因?yàn)閣arm air is cooled and then rewarmed so that the capability of carrying water decreased造成humidity of air降低導(dǎo)致沙漠
2. 蜜蜂的social structure和communication
(1)only very few male honeybees, and their function is only to mate with the queen honeybee then they die after mating or after the mating season.
(2)工蜂的職責(zé)：剛mature時(shí)主要負(fù)責(zé)cleaning等，mature后要兼顧多項(xiàng)工作
(3) 蜜蜂的行為主要受到environment的影響和cues from other bees. 這里著重講了蜜蜂怎么知道蜂巢的food storage是否短缺
這里問(wèn)了一個(gè)詞印象很深 explicit
