加拿大留學打工政策最新信息

全職學生在校外打工將不需要申請校外工簽，持有有效的學簽即可打工，而且無需等待6個月學習滿足資格，注冊入學即可滿足要求。加拿大留學打工這項政策在我看來是CIC和CBSA為了治理留學生打黑工現(xiàn)象而出臺的安撫政策。
     但是有1點必須說明，既然明年學簽可以充當工作許可了，那境內學簽的申請和續(xù)簽標準和審批也會提高標準，資金證明和成績單可能會成為強制要求，尤其是之前的成績單證明。

     leastsixmonthsatadesignatedinstitution.(強調認證機構的全職學生憑借有效學簽就可以校外工作，無需再申請校外工簽)
     Thisproposedamendmentreplacestheexistingprogramdesignwhichrequiresstudypermitholdersto
     waitsixmonthsafterbeginningtheirprogramofstudybeforeapplyingseparatelyforanoff-campusworkpermit.
     (無需再等上滿6個月才能獲得工作許可，可以立即獲得許可)
     Thiswouldrepresenttimeandcostsavingstostudentswhonolongerneedtoapplyandpayforaseparateworkpermit,
     andforCICasitwouldnolongerprocessoff-campusworkpermitapplications.
     CitizenshipandImmigrationCanadaanticipatesbeginningimplementationofthesechangesinJanuary2014.
     Changeswouldbemadetotheelectronicimmigrationprocessingsystem(theGlobalCaseManagementSystem,GCMS)andadditionalinformationwouldbeaddedtoCIC’sandCBSA’sWebsiteswhichwouldallow
     CICandCBSAofficerstolimitstudypermitissuancetothosestudentsdestinedtoalistofdesignatedlearninginstitutions.
     CICandtheCBSAwouldalsoamendapplicationforms,
     updatefieldmanuals,andtrainofficersontheirrolesinimplementingtheproposedRegulations.
     加拿大留學打工該政策今年1月正式生效,屆時CIC和CBSA會公布具體細則和更新相關表格。
