情態(tài)動詞：must、can、may、need
它是一種具有實(shí)際意義的助動詞。
情態(tài)動詞不能單獨(dú)做謂語，只能和后面的原形動詞一起構(gòu)成謂語。
情態(tài)動詞沒有人稱和數(shù)格的變化。
含有情態(tài)的句子，否定句和疑問句都是在情態(tài)動詞上發(fā)生變化。
open the windown 打開窗戶
You must open the window.
They must shut the door.
You mustn't open the windows.
Must I open the window?
Yes, you must.
No, you needn't.
What must I do?
What must they do?

air conditioner 空調(diào)
air express 航空快遞郵件
aircraft carrier 航空母艦
walk on the air 飄飄然，得意洋洋
sweep 用笤帚掃地

clean 清潔（含義比較廣泛，清潔所有的東西）
clear 清除（將剩余的一些東西清除掉）
wipe （用抹布）擦去
cleanse 用水清除
祈使句：又稱之為無主句，所有的祈使句都省略了主語You
祈使句的否定句就是在句子前加don't
stand up
sit down
come in
put these clothes in the wardrob
