，fish and chips是魚(yú)和炸土豆條，它同“roast beef and york shir
pudding——牛肉布丁”、“shepherd spie——牧羊人的餡餅”一樣，都是典
型的英國(guó)傳統(tǒng)菜肴。最后一道是甜食——或冷或熱，但都是甜的。西方飲食習(xí)
慣是先吃咸的，后吃甜的。西餐菜單名目繁多，有時(shí)不易讀懂。遇到這種情況
