Winter is so long!
Finally it's snowing, good big very big snow!
Elves was delighted, they opened the door and rushed out.
Some elves climbed onto the roof,
To the roof to ski, and
The tree fork go skydiving,
Upside down to the branches swing;
Some elf on the ground,
A big snowman in the doorway,
Push a big snowball from a distance.
Pa a pa a walk in the snow, and print out their own big footprints...

有一伙小精靈，他們在夏天的時候，可以在空中跟小鳥玩，可以到水里跟小魚玩，還可以坐在樹上，跟樹葉上的小蟲蟲玩。
玩累了，小精靈們可以躲到花朵里面去睡午覺。
可是，到了冬天，小鳥飛走了，小魚沉到水底去了，花兒也睡覺了。這時候，小精靈們也只好關緊門，住在大樹屋子里，悄悄地過冬。
冬天好長啊。
終于下雪了，好大好大的雪啊！
小精靈們高興極了，他們把門打開，都沖了出來。
有的小精靈爬到了屋頂上，
到屋頂上去滑雪，
到樹叉上去跳傘，
到樹枝上去倒掛著蕩秋千；
有的小精靈在地面上，
在門口堆一個巨大的雪人，
從遠處推一個大雪球過來。
在雪地上啪答啪答走，印出自己的大腳印……
小精靈們原來以為冬天好難過，只能躲在屋子里睡覺，沒想到，因為有了雪，冬天變得這么快樂。
