    • Issue DKPS invoice
    • Issue Export and Free Trade Zone invoice and filing
    • Incoming Tax declaration by Month-end (DKPS)
    • Maintenance in SAP.(EKSL)
    • Filling Billing & Invoice
    • GAPIM payment application
    • JV & DKPS VBA application

    • Support HRBP to execute standardized hiring process.
    1. Train hiring manager to get hiring request approved according to the UHR policy prior to the kick-off.

    2. Create Job Profile library according to global standard.

    3. Coordinate with staffing manager, hiring manager & candidates to ensure smooth & professional Interview arrangement.
    與招聘經(jīng)理、面試官及候選人協(xié)調(diào),保證有效及專業(yè)的面試安排
    4. Send “Thank you letter” to the candidates who failed in the interview.
    對于沒有通過面試的候選人,禮貌地發(fā)送感謝信。
    5. Support HRBP to create cross BU “candidates pool”.
    協(xié)助人力資源業(yè)務(wù)伙伴建立跨業(yè)務(wù)部門的“簡歷庫”。
    • Follow up the offer process with operation team & collect information for turn-down offer analysis.
    與人力資源部門的運營團隊保持溝通,跟進上崗通知書的發(fā)送進程,統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),以此作為拒絕offer分析的依據(jù)
    • Coordinate with BU assistant to ensure the updated Org-Chart is in place upon request
    與業(yè)務(wù)部門助理保持良好溝通,確保在有需要時部門組織架構(gòu)是最更新的
    • Help staff on separation clearance process.
    協(xié)助離職員工辦理離職手續(xù)
    • Other ad-hoc support job assigned by HRBP.
