    Absolutely yes. I do agree with the statement. Nowadays there are lots of ‘tiger moms’ or ‘wolf dads’ in China who have very high expectation for their kids and are very strict with them. For instance, parents ask their children to get straight A at school, and they sign in bunches of extracurricular classes for their kids, hoping that they are competitive than their peers. Yet in the past, children literally got no pressure from their parents. Like in my parents’ generation, they didn’t need to have good academic achievement, and there even were no available training center where students could learn more after school.
