Abbott’s Financial Professional Development Program (FPDP) prepares college graduates with majors in
accounting and finance for financial management roles. The goal of the program is to identify and develop Abbott’s future global financial leaders. Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem solving abilities.
雅培財務管培生項目主要針對于財務相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)的應屆生。該項目旨在為雅培培養(yǎng)將來的財務領導人。理想的候選人需要同時具備良好的商業(yè)分析能力，優(yōu)秀的財務基本功，以及創(chuàng)新的解決問題的能力。
Each FPDP member spends two years in the program, during which time you can expect to complete approximately four separate professional work assignments within roles such as:
每位財務管培生需要完成為期2年，大約4次以下不同領域的輪崗：
• Financial Analysis 財務分析
• Budgeting & Forecasting 預算預測
• Reporting & Controls 匯報與內(nèi)控
The rotations are carried out in a variety of work environments such as: corporate and division headquarters, manufacturing plants and other operating environments including opportunities for overseas rotations. A senior financial leader is assigned to each FPDP to mentor and advise you while on the program.
這些輪崗也會涉及不同的海外工作環(huán)境:企業(yè)和業(yè)務總或者工廠和其他運營部門。雅培也會為每個管培生提供一名資深的財務領導人作為老師，幫助你順利完成輪崗。
Basic Qualifications:基本條件
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 本科以上學位，財務或者會計相關專業(yè)
• Strong analytical and communication skills優(yōu)秀的分析和溝通能力
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative and integrity 卓越的交際能力以及一貫優(yōu)異的團隊合作能力，適應能力，創(chuàng)新能力。
• Proficiency with using Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Powerpoint 能夠熟練運用辦公自動化軟件
Preferred Qualifications: 加分條件
• Strong academic record 優(yōu)秀的學習成績
• Prior internship in finance or accounting 財務與會計相關的實習經(jīng)驗
• On-campus leadership positions 校內(nèi)的領導經(jīng)驗
• Unrestricted authorization to work in at least one of the following countries: China, India, Vietnam or Singapore. 至少在以下一個國家擁有工作的資格： 中國，印度， 越南或者新加坡
