Job Responsibilites 工作職責(zé):
- Collect Data and input into the System
收集數(shù)據(jù)并錄入系統(tǒng)
- Analyze the data collected
對收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析
- Conduct communication with our client
同客戶進(jìn)行溝通
Requirements 要求:
- Good English reading and writting skills
良好的英語讀寫能力
- WIth Patient and careful quality
做事細(xì)致耐心
- Basic computer and office skills
具備計(jì)算機(jī)辦公軟件使用技能
- Attend at least 3 working days per week
每周至少可出勤3天

Department Assistant 部門助理
工作職責(zé):
1. 與客戶溝通,邀請客戶前來參加公司活動和培訓(xùn)
2. 收集客戶信息,并更新在數(shù)據(jù)庫里
3. 協(xié)助其他行政類工作
任職要求:
1. 本科在讀學(xué)生,每周可出勤3個工作日
2. 熟練使用Office辦公軟件,如Excel,Word等
3. 英語熟練者優(yōu)先
Finance Department Intern 財(cái)務(wù)助理
1、會計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)等相關(guān)專業(yè)高校在讀學(xué)生(有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者勿投);
2、熟練操作Microsoft Office;
3、工作細(xì)致,責(zé)任感強(qiáng),善于處理流程性事務(wù)、良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神;
4、每周能連續(xù)工作3-5天,實(shí)習(xí)周期在3-6個月左右的優(yōu)先考慮;
5、打印、復(fù)印,掃描、裝訂憑證,登記報銷,開具稅務(wù)發(fā)票,錄入系統(tǒng)等。
