Job Description
1. Research and innovation in next generation wireless communication or related area.
2. Responsible for developing world-leading technologies, protocols and architecture solutions for future radio access network
3. Theoretical analysis and prototype design.
4. Contribution to patent, standardization and paper.
Qualifications
1 Ph.D in radio/wireless communication, EE, automatic control, computer science or related disciplines with solid background of wireless research
2. Solid theoretical knowledge and good publication record in the areas of wireless communication systems, wireless communication theory, signal processing, wireless networking, computer science, microwave and antenna, electronic engineering or related disciplines
3. Proven knowledge and research experience in wireless standard and/or wireless network system simulations
4. SDN/NFV/Cloud Computing background is a plus
5. Work experience in prototype building for wireless system is a plus.
6. Excellent verbal, writing, presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese.

1. Research and innovation in next generation fixed networks or related areas
2. Responsible for pre-study of fixed networks, fixed-mobile convergence and optical communication
3. Theoretical analysis and prototype design
4. Contribution to patent, standardization and paper
Qualifications
1. Ph.D. in communication, computer science or related areas
2. Solid knowledge with good analytical skills in communication theory, fixed networks, wireline/wireless communication systems, or optical communication
3. Research experience in fixed networks, software define networks, network virtualization, cloud computing, or in optical access/transmission
4. Experience in prototype building and system simulation is a plus
5. Familiar with C/C++, Matlab, OPNET/NS2, or VPI
