　　二、招聘職位
    

　　銷售 & 市場(chǎng) & 商務(wù)
    

　　Specific responsibilities：
    

　　1.To learn on the job in the areas of Marketing and Sales Function for 24 months period.
    

　　2.Marketing research: apply different marketing research tools and seek a wide range data sources to collect valid and updated marketing data, in order to generate insightful marketing reports to the team.
    

　　3.To define (after approval) and execute the sales/account plans, derived from the various industry segment strategies and the segment sales plan, and realize the yearly sales target (eg. Contribution Margin) and account objectives.
    

　　4.To coordinate Application activities and provide some technical supports to own team and/or other teams if needed.
    

　　5.To interaction with internal organization.
    

　　Education and experience：
    

　　1.Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences and material sciences related or business/management related fields.
    

　　2.Basic knowledge on industry and markets.
    

　　3.Basic knowledge of Financial Planning & Management.
    

　　4.Experienced in sales, technical service, and application development as a plus.
    

　　5.Strong business acumen.
    

　　6.Proficiency in English.

　　Specific responsibilities：
    

　　1.To learn on the job in the key areas of Technical Support, Application Development or R&D Function for 24 months period.
    

　　2.To Respond to internal and external customer enquiries, complaints and application-related issues.
    

　　3.To introduce products & processes and R&D new solutions to current and potential customers.
    

　　4.To be responsible to translate customer requirements into product specifications.
    

　　5.To collect and deal with all the information needed for product formulation optimizing;
    

　　6.To generate new ideas and innovations of products based on marketing strategy and management decision.
    

　　7.To optimize the products technology and raw material cost reduction and alternative raw material to adapt to local availability;
    

　　8.To monitor continuously the laboratory, pilot plant and plant activities and report monthly and quarterly to the manager on the activities and progress for the relevant projects and write the technology related documents;
    

　　Education and experience：
    

　　1.MSc or higher degree in Life/Materials management or Engineering or science (Chemical, Biology, Materials etc.).
    

　　2.Knowledge of industries and markets.
    

　　3.knowledge of products and/or applications.
    

　　4.Know how on processing and design.
