Q1.Who is UOB looking for?
We look for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical skills, outstanding leadership qualities and a drive for excellence. To qualify, you should possess a good Honors degree from any discipline as well as an impressive leadership track record. A second language is highly advantageous.
Q2. I'm interested in the UOB MA Programme. How should I go about applying if I have not received my university results?
If you are graduating in 2016, you will need to provide an estimate of your graduating degree. If you are selected as an MA, the offer will be conditional on your attaining your degree in the year of your employment with the Bank.
Q3. What should I do if I am still studying overseas? Can I apply?
Sure, we welcome your application and the application procedure is the same.
Q4. I graduated a year ago and have been working. Can I apply for the UOB MA Programme?
Certainly, we welcome applicants with less than 2 years of working experience with or without prior banking experience.
Q5. How to apply Management Associate Programme?
You should apply ONLINE as we don't process applications received in any other format. The online application open period will be 15 Sep 2015 – 24 Oct 2015.
Q6. Where will the tests and interviews be conducted?
The candidates who pass the CV screening will be invited to do the written test via their own PC. The face to face interview will be conducted in Guangzhou, Beijing, Chengdu, Hangzhou and Shanghai. Especially you must physically participate in the interview process.
Q7. What type of training will MA receive?
2016 UOB MA Programme is a sixteen-month programme, which has been designed to provide you with an accelerated induction experience. You will learn different aspects of the business and develop a wide range of core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career in the banking industry.
Q8. What will be my future path further to the MA Programme?
All the MAs are expected to be UOB potential leaders in different business area.
