Helen: Dab hand. What does that mean?
Neil: If someone'sdab hand at something,means they're very good at it. They're skilful at something.
Helen: Ohsee. 如果誰對什么事特別在行dab hand, 意思就他這方面能手。
Neil: Like you Helen with chopsticks. You'redab hand at chopsticks. You're really skilful.
Helen: Hmm,you could do with some practise.
Neil: Well, Helen, I'm not Chinese.
