「多做運動身體好」這句說話說得真的不錯。我覺得做運動不一定是要做大量的,只要配合自己的體質、符合自己的性格便可。我個人就對羽毛球這種運動最感興趣了。羽毛球令我著迷,因為每次打羽毛球我都會全情投入,就算跌到流血或受傷,我都不加理會。每逢有空的時候,我一定去樓下的公園不斷練習,務求能得到進步?;叵脒^去自己初學羽毛球的時候,真的甚麼也不了解、不明白。那時候旁徨的感覺,曾使我放棄,有幸的是有一群知己鼓勵我,使我能對羽毛球這項運動加深了認識。
「一分艱難,一分收獲?!刮液苊靼走@個道理,只要肯努力,相信自己一定做得到。打羽毛球也是同樣的道理,一定要多些訓練,千萬不要等「幸運」二字的來臨。只要自己定下目標,必能做到。
