Both Jay and Ellen get excited. They continue their previous conversation.

Ellen:I know diving is actually a very dangerous activity. What did you do before you were permitted to dive underwater?
埃倫:我知道潛水實(shí)際上是個(gè)很危險(xiǎn)的活動(dòng)，在這之前你做了什么準(zhǔn)備呢?
Jay:I have done many things in order to get myself certified. In the first place,I had my insurance signed at local office. Then I registered my personal information in case of any incidents. The local operator gave me my medical check before he authorized me to rent my own scuba.
杰伊:為了能成功下水，我做了很多事情。首先我要在當(dāng)?shù)刭I保險(xiǎn)，然后為了防止意外發(fā)生登記了我的個(gè)人信息。當(dāng)?shù)氐牟僮鲉T給我做了身體檢查，然后同意我去租用我的l水下呼吸機(jī)。
Ellen:Is that all?

Jay:Definitely not. The operator gave me a few hours of training and he showed how to deal with any dangerous situations. For example, what I should do when a shark try to attack me.
