電話預訂失敗而酒店又已住滿-酒店英語情景對話

到酒店入住時，發(fā)現(xiàn)當時電話預訂沒成功，而酒店現(xiàn)在又已經(jīng)注滿，酒店工作人員詢問是否需要為其推薦一個酒店時的英語口語對話。

    Good evening,sir.May i help you?

    Yes,i booked a double room here for tonight.The name is Peter Wilson.

    R:
    Where was it made?
    在哪兒訂的？
    G:
    It was made about two weeks ago through our travel agent at home,International Tours,California.

    R:
