As a project leader, I have had a variety of experiences dealing with project issues. Whenever I have faced a problem that requires a solution, I have collected data related to the issue, figured out the causes, and consulted with team members for solutions. When I have obtained neutral views of the issue, I have tried to resolved it in such a manner that I will continue keeping a keen eye on the solution and the betterment of the product.

Therefore, we had to ensure that all the provided resources were at their optimum performance. We would hold meetings from time to time to ensure that any issues that our team members faced were resolved without any losses to either the company or the product that was being currently worked on.
