二、招聘職位 Calibration Engineer (Automatic transmission) (Job ID: 131..(上海總部,乘用車傳動系統(tǒng)事業(yè)部) 工作地點(diǎn):上海 有效日期:2015年07月15日 至 2015年10月13日 招聘人數(shù):1 人 職位性質(zhì):全職 Main Objectives Accomplish tasks in application, calibration and development for 6-speed, 8-speed and 9-speed transmissions. Key Responsibilities 1. Work with internal departments and OEM´s on calibrations issues for 6-speed, 8-speed and 9-speed applications. 2. Execute all calibration activities including adapting, modifying and optimization of systems and components of the transmission for different projects. Calibration of shift-quality and shift-strategy within the scope of the project. 3. Follow the guidelines and specifications established by division R&D. 4. Support of the specification, development and startup of the vehicle. 5. Adaption of diagnosis data, testing and documentation of new functions in vehicles and/or testing labs. 6. Analyze requirements in software & hardware or even detect possible difficulties early in the application process. 7. Definition of required functions in cooperation with the OEM´s and the corresponding ZF departments. 8. Planning, executing and documentation of different kind of testing in vehicles and/or test benches. 9. Planning and executing of transmission assessments for development and series release in cooperation with the OEM´s. 10. Creating of status reports and definition of corresponding countermeasures. 11. Participation in meetings and testing events in China and abroad with the OEM´s. Production, sales and quality departments Basic Requirements Working experience Entry level is acceptable Education Degree level qualification: Bachelor/Master in Engineering / Bachelor/Master in Automotive / Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering English Listening, speaking, reading and writing ability German Listening, speaking, reading and writing ability (optional) Computer Proficiency in MS Office software Requirement, Professional Skills and Abilities 1. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 2. Good technical ability and negotiating skills 3. Strong organizational & analytical skills 4. Persistency in achieving targets 5. Able to work without much guidance 6. Must possess a strong work ethic and high integrity 7. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office package 8.
