Earlier in my career,one of my bosses said,Bring me a solution,not a problem.
我剛參加工作時(shí)，有一位上司對(duì)我說(shuō):你要給我的是解決方法，而不是問(wèn)題。
He made me realize the boss is not there to solve everyone's problems,that it's our job to solve problems before before they even come to his attention.
他讓我了解到，上司不是為了解決下屬的問(wèn)題而存在的，在上司注意到問(wèn)題之前就將問(wèn)題解決掉，這才是我們的工作，那也是他們付我薪水的目的。
That's what we're paid for,and I took that very seriously.
我非常認(rèn)真地講這句話銘記在心。
Since then,I've always focused on identifying problems and solving them in any situation.
從那時(shí)候起，我總是非常專注地找出并解決問(wèn)題。
I'm glad that I learned that early in my career because my problem-solving approach has been vauled and appreciated by all my past employers.
