1. Prepare the material for press kit
2. Support requests from newspaper and landlord
3. Sort out the weekly/monthly clipping and collect the clipping of special topics or any requests from HQ
4. Assist PR events preparations
5. Update the media database timely
6. Assist team members on daily work
Job Requirement:
1. Able to work continuously for at least 3-4 months, minimum 4 days per week
2. Fluent in both written and oral English
3. Detail-oriented and ability of multi-tasking
4. Excellent command of Microsoft, esp. Excel & PPT.
