一、My friend
I have many friends. One of them is my classmate Ma Hua.He is a League member and one of the best students in my class.He is fond of English and good at it. He often practises reading aloud. So he has a good pronunciation.
He is always ready to help others. With his help I have made great progress. I have made up my mind to catch up with him and to join the League in the near future.
二、My Best Friend
Linda is my best friend. She is 15 years old. She is a pretty girl with a round face and two big black eyes. She always has a smile on her face. She is taller than I.
Every morning, we go to school together. She studies quite well and she’s a top student in our class. She is modest in her behaviour. When I have difficulty in English, I always ask her for help. We are both interested in music. At weekends, we join the same hobby group and play the violin together.
三、I am ill
Today I was very unlucky,because I was ill.I felt terrible and I went to see a doctor. The doctor said I caught a cold , I should have a rest and I should drink a lot of water,too. Then he gave me some medicine and said:"Take this medicine three times a day, then you will feel better soon."
四、The most interesting subjuct and the most difficult subjuct
To me ,the most interesting subject is English.But I find studying English is very difficult.So if you ask which subject is the most difficult to me.My answer will be English.Now I am a student,everyday I have more than one English classes,I like studying it very much and I hope I can study it very well,so I can talk with foreigners and know the foreign countries things,it is very useful.
五、My new school
I have moved to my new school since Septmber. It is a modern and nice school which is in _____(city). It has a playground, a library, several labs, classrooms with electronic equipment and so on. It’s quite different from my old school. It’s larger, much more modern. This is why I love my new school. If you are free, you are warmly welcomed to come to our school to have a look.
六、The happiest day
I am ten years old today , I’m very happy today . But it is not the reason indeed .
When I went to school this morning , I helped an old woman passing road . And then , when I got to class , my teacher told me , I got an " A" at the test yesterday .
Oh , my god , how happy I am!
Today is the happiest day in all my life ,and I coundn’t help speaking out to all of you .
七、I love parents
Who gives me birth? Who brings me up? Who dedicates his/her whole life to me? My parents.
Who gives me food? Who gives me clothes? Who gives me care? My parents.
My parents, they don’t want to get any reward from me. Not only my parents, all the parents in the world don’t charge anything from their children. They give us everything they can. They spend their whole life loving me, so I love my parents, too. Since I was given birth, I’ve started to love them even if I didn’t realize it.
It will be the time for my birthday soon. I want to say to my parents: I love you.
八、The person I admire most
When I was in high school, there was a teacher who taught me more than that in class.He was a very kind boy, 4 or 5 years older than us and taught us geography. We all liked to take his class, though geography was not our major course.What impressed me a lot was his grace.You could see him always smiling.He got angry only when we were too noisy in class.After class,he often played soccer with us.He used to be a very believable defender and never fouled on any of us.We all liked to call him "Teacher Miao" and he was just like a friend, not a teacher.His sonsy personality inspired me to be kind to everyone I met.That was my well-beloved "Teacher Miao" .
九、The Winter Holiday
We are going to have the winter holiday.During the holiday we will have the Spring Festival.So all of the families in China are having a busy time.All of the children in China like Spring Festival very much,because they can eat many delicious food and get many money.But children in China have to do the homework for Winter Holiday.So that the could remember what they have learn the year before.Each of the children likes Winter Holiday.
十、My Grandmother
My grandma likes gardening very much. She’s over sixty,but she is still busy with her work.
She grows all sorts of flowers and plants in her small garden. It’s interesting that all the flowers and plants in her garden grow well. No matter when you come to visit her garden you can always find beautiful flowers there.
My grandmother doesn’t just work hard in the garden. She sometimes sits in the middle and listens to music.She says music helps the plants grow well. Maybe that’s true.She’s really a clever lady.
