    職位描述:
    Job Description:
    1) Candidate Research
    --Conduct cold calls to prospect candidates for specific client assignments;
    --Collate market and candidate information via telephone and internet in order to deliver to client specifications;
    --Conduct interviews on the telephone and in person with candidates for specific career openings;
    --Support the Director for ad-hoc assignments in the Greater China Region.
    2) Database Management / Administration
    --Ensure that all candidate and client information are entered into computer database in soft format;
    --Ensure that all hard copy documents are filed properly and held in confidence;
    --Ensure that all candidate resumes are converted into soft format;
    --Received telephone calls and record customer calls politely and accurately.
    Requirements:
    --Associate degree or above;
    --Good in written and oral English;
    --Computer literate and familiar with the use MS Office which includes Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and e-mail programs;
    --Excellent communication skills with a friendly telephone manner;
    --Independent and team-working attitude with a passion for success;
    --Professional presentation style in front of corporate clients.
