    Position: Graduate Trainee
    Key Tasks
    • Learns functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
    • Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
    • Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
    • Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
    • Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments.
    • Attention to all country/customs regulations and customized instructions, knowledge of sub-process / trade-lane / customer specifics (e.g. SOPs)
    • Interface with business partners / internal stakeholders
    • Ensure to meet KPI & BSC Targets
    • Ensure quality, productivity of service delivery along with PA/ GBS standards
    • Participate with team management (people, performance) in daily operations
    • Follow working instructions of superior
    • Report and feedback to Superior regularly
    • Establish the well cooperation relationship with other team or party
    • Active to take up additional task & initiative which beyond those directly related to your position for the benefit of the BSC and its staff members
    • Lead & implement project Superior assigned (eg: CIP) during the program.
    • Responsible for self-development & achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program.
