Mission
1.Enhance and expand Pfeiffer Vacuum products application in the Chinese industrial field.
2.Liaise head office and Pfeiffer China in Industry business approaches.
Functional Responsibilities
1.Be proficient in vacuum pump technology and Pfeiffer Vacuum working process through one-year overseas trainingprogram.
2.Liaise the company culture , product knowledge and management spirit from head office to Pfeiffer China.
3.Develop and provide the product/technical training course to colleagues and clients.
4.Cooperate with the functional technical support team to increase and develop application techniques.
5.Iidentify new customers/markets and develop a penetrative sales tactic to maximize exposure within the customer’s account.
6.Analyze the market evolution: Customer,competition,market situation
7.Liaise with the local distribution sales channels on product strategy, sales plans and on opportunities to improve and grow business
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Technical background.
2.With 0-2 years of working experience in technical engineering, vacuum technology is preferable .
3.Good communication skills and fluent in English and Chinese. German is a plus.
4.Willing to learn and good at problem solving.
5.Mature, independent, self-initiative and good people management skills.
6.Team work and good self management.
7.Excellent intercultural competency and ability to work in matrix organizations
