Job Description
·assist professionals in structuring and executing transactions
·perform financial and statistical analysis
·conduct research, prepare support documentation and assist in due diligence efforts.
·coordinate and utilize of a variety of support services, e.g., financial modeling, graphics, printing, library, computerservices.
·assigned to a specific function or operate as part of an analyst pool supporting a variety of functions.
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree in relevant majors from renowned universities.
·Thorough understanding of Investment Banking business.
·Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the firm’s products and services.
·Relevant qualifications, such as SAC’s certificate (證券從業(yè)人員資格證書), Sponsorship Qualification (注冊成功的保薦人資格) , CFA or others.
Skills and Abilities
·Customer-oriented mentality.
·Effective communicator.
·Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy.
·Strong self-starter, self-confident & energetic.
·Good command in English.
