職位描述：
Job Description：
1. Monthly report on sourcing price index, tracking and analysis;
2. Be responsible for Working Capital AP report including monthly analysis, quarterly forecast and budgeting ;
3. Shipping documents filling and SAP purchasing order data checking;
4. Complaints status checking and follow-up;
5. Act as key user of procurement systems, providing assistance and support on online RFQ and auction (P4U), supplier assessment (Ecovadis),spend analysis (GEP);
Qulification and requirements:
Postgraduate student;
Be familiar with Office Products and e-commerce tools;
Master Excel spreadsheet knowledge;
Fluent in English;
Earnest, hardworking and proactive;
Good communication, interpersonal skills;
At least one year stay and work 3 days per week preferred;
