Job responsibility
- To support HR operation process on hiring, resignation management and staffing;
- To support Intern position recruiting job;
- Help to coordinate on boarding and exit materials;
- Monitor On-site training cycle and send reminder to colleagues timely;
- Prepare employment contract of New hirers and renew Employment Contract with Existing Employees,
- Daily HR relevant documentation management;
- Assist in HR related activities such as HR Newsletters edit, Recognition Awards, Pre-work Training arrangement, etc.
- Help with running excel report like Employee list, Satisfaction Survey, Recruitment Status, etc.
- To support overtime attendance work sheet review process for payroll costing;
- To support HR system management on information input and update;
- Work with HR BP about daily operation issues;
- Apply for signature and stamps within the department and also in company;
- Coordinate & help to book meeting rooms in the company;
- Provide business travel supporting includes but not limited to hotel reservation, visa application, local transportation planning and etc.
- To support the other HR initiatives and assist colleagues on routine tasks.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Computer science or HR related major is an advantage;
- Good oral English CET6;
- Pay attention to detail, independent;
- Has ability in prioritizing multi-tasks and systematically handle daily tasks;
- Good Team player.
- 4 days per week, at least 6 months
