    Customer Services Officer 客務員 (Work Location: Zhengzhou Airport)
    Job Description
    Perform daily functions to ensure that the landside and airside operation run smoothly
    Perform and monitor ramp operations and baggage handling
    Provide excellent service to all customers in efficient and professional manner
    Assist duty supervisor to monitor overall counter situation and gate operation during daily operation
    Handle flight arrival and any tight connect case
    Well manage the flight disruption & irregularity in an effective manner
    Coordinate proactively with other carriers to ensure passengers are well cared for and assisted when needed
    Conduct the pre-flight briefing and ensure that handling agents deliver services and products at Dragonair’s (KA) required standard
    Monitor and prepare Handling Agent performance record
    Be familiar with MPO / oneworld customer benefits and provide a high standard of global services to customers of KA and oneworld partner airlines
    Foster excellent teamwork within KA team members and with colleagues from Handling Agents
    Liaise and maintain good working relations with CIQ and other parties to ensure smooth operations
    Support cargo service operations
    General Requirements
    College degree or above
    Can work independently, willing to face challenges and work under pressure.
    Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
    Good team player and strong sense of responsibility
    Good time management and multi-tasking ability
    Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin and English. CET-6 or above is preferred.
