Job Summary:
Act as the contact person at the airport. Disseminate customer’s information and ensure the service requirements of crew and customers to be met.
Coordinate with cooperative companies to ensure a smooth flight.
Provide service to crew and customers at the departure, including but not limited to customer information collection, customer greetings, customer guidance, Entry-Exit documentation preparation and custom clearance for crew and customer.
Maintain and improve the business relations with customers.
Collect customer’s requirements on service. Draw up bills and make collections.
Knowledge&Experience
Bachelor’s degree and above in marketing, management, civil aviation management, civil aviation transportation.
Two or more years of related working experience.
CET-6 or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good at communication, presentation, coordination and problem-solving. Focus on details. Strong responsibility sense. Service-oriented.
Pleasant personality.

學(xué)歷要求:大學(xué)本科以上,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、企業(yè)管理、民航管理、民航運(yùn)輸相關(guān)專業(yè)。
二年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
CET-6或同等外語(yǔ)水平,具有一定聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力。
能夠熟練使用各種辦公軟件。
具有良好的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力和處理問(wèn)題的能力,具有良好的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力,工作細(xì)致,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具有良好的服務(wù)意識(shí),工作積極主動(dòng)。
