    Job Summary:
    Investigate the background of potential customers by making sales calls and make plans to reach new customers accordingly.
    Visit potential customers regularly.
    Possess sharp understanding of the needs of potential customers and reply to their inquiries.
    Follow up and establish business relations with potential customer.
    Build customer information files and keep updating.
    Maintain the current customer relations and promote the service products among our customers.
    Ensure sales target allocated by GM of Business Service Dept. reached.
    Provide necessary information and specific requirements of customers to Customer Service Center and cooperate with related depts. to offer smooth flights.
    Knowledge&Experience
    Major in marketing, hotel, tourism management or English.
    CET-6 and above.
    Fluent in English and Mandarin, other language is a plus.
    Five or more years of sales or business working experience. Preferably from business aviation industry, VIP dept. of airlines or high-end private clubs.
    Good looking and pleasant personality.
    Good communication and presentation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
    Ability of dealing with emergencies.
    Quick learner. Ability to adapt to new and diverse situations.
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    Service-oriented. Initiative. Innovative. Planning&organization.
    Stress tolerance. Require frequent business travel.

    通過(guò)日常銷(xiāo)售電話,了解潛力客戶的基本情況并制定客戶開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃。
    定期與潛力客戶進(jìn)行面對(duì)面的銷(xiāo)售拜訪。
    了解潛力客戶的需求并負(fù)責(zé)回復(fù)客戶的詢問(wèn)。
    跟蹤潛力客戶并爭(zhēng)取與潛力客戶建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系。
    建立并維護(hù)客戶信息檔案并定期更新。
    維護(hù)已有客戶關(guān)系并促使其更多的使用公司提供的各項(xiàng)服務(wù)。
    完成銷(xiāo)售主管分配的銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo)。
    向客戶服務(wù)中心及其他相關(guān)運(yùn)行部門(mén)提供必要的乘客信息及客戶服務(wù)需求,配合相關(guān)部門(mén)順利完成每一次飛行服務(wù)。
    崗位要求:
    市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、酒店及旅游管理或英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)。
     大學(xué)英語(yǔ)4級(jí)以上。
    英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力優(yōu)秀,掌握兩門(mén)以上外語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先考慮。
    有公務(wù)航空公司、航空公司大客戶部或高檔私人會(huì)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
     形象、氣質(zhì)佳,性格開(kāi)朗。
    良好的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力、善于溝通,具備親和力。
    良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力和緊急情況處置能力。
    良好的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力與學(xué)習(xí)能力。
    熟練使用現(xiàn)代化辦公軟件。
    服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng)、有較強(qiáng)的主觀能動(dòng)性和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。
    能夠適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差及在較大的壓力下工作。
