Main Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customer(s) including both AOG support and regular support to assure customer satisfaction with operation of Embraer manufactured aircrafts.
Support the implementation of technical and services solutions in areas such as maintenance, flight operations, training and spare parts so as to achieve customer satisfaction and positive results for ECA.
Provide monthly fleet reliability data and other associated information requested by headquarter and ECA promptly.
Develop and sustain effective communication and close relationship with customer(s) so as to clearly understand their expectations, needs and priorities.
Work closely with the Air Safety Representatives from the airlines and EMBRAER in order to guarantee a proper operation condition.
Interface with EMBRAER Customer Support areas and Vendors local representatives so as to assure timely support to customer(s).
Establish smooth communication with authorized service center(s) in order to make sure required support and services to be provided to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in mechanic / electronic or aeronautic engineering background.
Minimum of 5 years experience on aircraft maintenance, associated with airlines engineering and or maintenance.
Fluent English, writing, reading and speaking.
Flexibility for relocation inside China is a must.
Excellent communication skill.
Troubleshooting skill is required.
Team working spirit.
Ability to work under pressure.
