Job description :
To perform inspections, checks and tests of mechanical parts and products manufactured by our company. This involves a visual checking of the parts (welding, surface treatment, general aspect) as well as a dimensional checking (main dimensions and functionality of the products).
The Quality Control Inspector will have to accurately document the results of the inspection and checking.
The Quality Control Inspector will also be in charge of writing Non-Conformity Reports for each defective product detected.
Education & skills
Good English level
Good ability to read drawings
Good mechanical knowledge (fits, tolerances, hardness, surface treatments, and so on)
Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, tridimensional arm, …)
Experience in the aeronautic field would be a plus
At least 1 year experience as a Quality Control Inspector
