MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
a.Manage all financial transactions including staff expense, purchase order, aircraft operating
costs;
b.Responsible for all project accounting including related accounting treatment and reporting;
c.Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliation and analysis including cost analysis
and related reports;
d.Verifying billing matter of vendors, service providers and generate accurate invoices to
clients;
e.Follow-up with payment status of clients;
f.Financial control and risk management;
g.Analyzes reserves and recommends adjustments as necessary;
h.Prepare and present monthly reports to the GM;
i.Examine a variety of financial statements and documents for completeness, accuracy, and
conformance with accounting requirements;
j.Ensures that systems, procedures, and internal controls are in compliance with company
policies, acceptable accounting practices, and applicable regulations;
k.Suggests, recommends, and implements changes to accounts, reports and administrative or
data processing systems;
l.Improves processes, standardizes practices;
m.Ensure that company fully complies with HK Internal Revenue Department rules and submit
yearly tax returns; and
n.Maintain maximum confidentially on company financial matters.
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
a.Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience:
a.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the business aviation industry
or with experience of project billing.
Skills:
b.Well-versed in audit management and taxation of Hong Kong;
c.Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance relating to Mandatory Provident Fund
(MPF) Ordinance;
d.Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
e.Good analytical and communication skills, able to work independently;
f.Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
g.Self-motivated with great initiative, well organized, detail-minded and flexible; and
h.Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin both written and spoken.
