    Founded in 2004, CPM Asia is one of the first companies who offer a full plan solution for the Chinese market. During the past 5 years, CPM Asia has established the largest team of Chinese–capable plan administrators globally. We have also built a viable and self-sufficient business in China by securing a large and solid client base. With the recent successful relocation of the CPM Asia team back to Beijing, we are now looking for several enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our team as Client Service Associates.
    二、招聘職位
    員工期權計劃管理專員(海外留學經驗優(yōu)先考慮)
    職責表述:
    • 完成員工提出的股票交易指令和相關付款工作
    • 制作客戶賬單,對發(fā)票及收據進行核對并確認
    • 在系統(tǒng)內管理,更新及導入與員工有關的各項數據
    • 制作報表和數據核對
    • 通過電話及電郵與客戶及其員工溝通來解決他們的疑問
    • 和不同的境內及境外銀行溝通來解決員工付款過程中可能出現的問題
    • 協(xié)助建立服務于本地及國際客戶的服務團隊
    • 其他任何有需要的工作
    職位要求:
    • 大學本科或以上學歷
    • 熟練中英文讀寫能力,口語流利者優(yōu)先考慮會講粵語者優(yōu)先考慮
    • 尋求穩(wěn)定工作,個性成熟穩(wěn)重優(yōu)先考慮
    • 有銀行柜員服務或企業(yè)內部運營經驗者優(yōu)先考慮
    • 工作細致耐心,注重細節(jié)
    • 較強的時間安排能力
    熟練使用MS Outlook/Excel/Word
    • 較強的自學能力和高度的自覺性
    • 可以在較強的壓力下獨立工作,也可以在團隊中與同事合作工作
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Processing payments and trading orders from participants
    • Providing billing spreadsheet and invoice correction and approval
    • Maintaining, updating and importing employee information held in internal systems and databases
    • Generating reports and reconciliation of accounts and transactions
    • Liaise with external banks regrading clients’/employees’ payment enquiries
    • Responding to written, emailed and telephone enquiries from clients and their employees
    • Assisting management in the establishment of a service team dedicated to local/international clients
    • Ad hoc tasks as required
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • University graduate with Bachelor Degree or above
    • Good command of English is a must, in terms of Reading and Writing. Good oral English is a plus
    • Cantonese speaking ability would be an advantage
    • About 1-2 years bank teller service experience is a plus
    • Extreme good attention to details
    • Excellent command of data processing
    • Ability to multi task and strong time management skill
    • Proven ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, and Word at an intermediate level
    • Strong self learning skill and high degree of self motivation
    • Proven ability to work under minimum supervision and as part of a team
