Main responsibilities:
· To keep in good relationship with local authority and CAAC.
· To deliver Airbus flight training courses IAW Airbus FCTP and associated training media.
· To assess the progress of the trainees and the eventual need of additional training.
· To provide a written report and grading of the trainees performance at the end of each session.
· To participate in the improvement and development of training documentation.
Qualifications:
· Education: Aeronautical school
· Experience: 100hrs PIC time on Airbus A320 or A330 or A340 aircraft, 500hrs PIC time in total
· Basic Skills: Should have Jet experience and instructor experience
· Certifications: Should hold or have held ATPL issued and verified by ICAO member countries, should hold SFI authorization issued and verified by JAR member countries, or Chinese flight instructor license (CATA or CATB)
· Soft Skills: fluent English, good teaching technique and people oriented
