Responsibilities
· Damage report sheet template PDRS (Predefined Damage Reporting Sheet).
· Revised documents/ proposals of structure repair technical manuals.
· Structure repair solutions/assistance/answers to damage of in-service Airbus A/Cs.
· Static, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis on structure repair, create repair instructions and approval documents like Technical Disposition (TD), Repair Approval Sheet (RAS), Static Strength Justification Reference (SAS), and Fatigue Strength Justification Reference (FAS).
· Repair solution and strength (including static and fatigue) & function justification to Nonconformity/Concession during the manufacturing of Airbus A/Cs
· The support to team members.
Requirements
· Engineering or mechanical background, Bachelor degree above.
· Above 2 years related working experience
· Ability to manage the Structure Repair Manual (SRM) content
· Wide knowledge of configuration management tools. Local and central SAP and associated modules Conformity & Attestation tools.
· Knows maintenance repairs operation (MRO) on Airbus aircraft
· Proficiency in spoken and written English
· Experience in Aircraft or Aviation industry and familiar with structural & mechanical definition
· Good communication and negotiation skill in English
