Responsibilities:
· The jobholder manages and coordinates the interface relationship with following functions mainly: Supplier Support Management Network, with all ACOSx departments, Customers for suppliers related issues in the China region, and with all suppliers and their repair and distribution centers. He or she makes sure that the Suppliers Support Management scope is known to all internal and external interfaces.
· The jobholder organizes and manages 3 party meetings between Customer – Supplier – Airbus. This function contains mediation activities between arguing parties.
· The jobholder represents the interests of Supplier Support Operations Management in negotiations, conferences and working groups.
· The jobholder is responsible for representing Supplier Support Management at IP and/or material seminars.
· The jobholder supports the Supplier Support Management Network with supplier feedback.
· The jobholder contributes to weekly reports about Suppliers Support Mgmt Operations activities.
· The jobholder ensures input about supplier information for supplier brief requests and/or the intelligence department.
· The jobholder supports and actively fosters organizational continuous improvement actions and changes.
· The jobholder supports special tasks and project management activities.
Qualifications Requirements
· Bachelor degree with Aviation and / or business related studies
· Very good command of written & spoken English
· Minimum 5 years in airlines, MRO or supplier organization
· Autonomous, able to assess problematic situation and propose solutions
· Team player
· Pro-active minded
· Good presentation skills in both Chinese and English
· Negotiation skills (contract, 3 party meetings, commercial, technical)
