    Responsibilities:
    •Manage weekly RP activity for PASD team
    •Monitor the open issue list define for Wring harness project
    •Support on harness issue solving and risk management
    •Operate KPI reporting.
    Job Requirements:
    Experience and education
    •College degree or above.
    •Able to work at least 2 days a week
    Skills - General Skills
    •Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English;
    •Familiar with Microsoft Office;
    Functionality Skills and Technical skills
    •Knowledge of Engineering management
    •Basic Knowledge of Wring harness and related product
    •Strong academic background of Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
    Management and Leadership Skills
    •Good communicator to understand Project timing and Risk
    •A team player to coordinate other operation functions;
    •Time management, able to work under pressure.

    •Sensible to timing
    •Calm and open-minded;
    •A quick learner.
