    Dear Mr Lee,
I want to be a member of the Student Union very much. I’m Tina from Class Nine, Grade Two. I’m 14 years old. I’m good at drawing and English. I have been studying them for over five years. In my free time I like doing some reading and the historical novels are my favorites. I am the best student in my class. I often help my classmates with their homework, because I like to help others. I’m looking forward to the good news from you.
     Sincerely,
     Tina

Sometimes it’s not easy studying in a new school. I had a hard time studying here until you came along. You really helped me a lot. Thank you for your kindness. I’m very happy to have a friend like you.
Thank you again for inviting me your party. I really enjoyed myself and it was really nice meeting your family. All of them are very kind to me. It made me feel like I was at my own home.

One day when I was in Grade 7, I went to Fuyan Hill with my friends by bike. First we climbed the hill, then we flew kites. At noon we sat on the grass having a picnic. The weather was pretty fine that day. In the afternoon we met several soldiers who were only a little older than us. So we could play games together and they also told us interesting stories. We laughed and laughed happily.
What a pleasant trip! I will never forget it.
