3.寫下想說的話 STEP 3 Write what you need to say

把自己當(dāng)成的朋友。 Treat yourself like your best friend.

在不認(rèn)識的人的小組活動中練習(xí)社交,使用你的對話開場白。 Practice socializing and using your conversation starters in small-group activities with people you don’t know.
