    二、招聘信息   Management Trainee 管理培訓(xùn)生(渣打(中國)科技營運有限公司,Banking Operation)   工作地點:天津   有效日期:2015年03月29日   招聘人數(shù):3 人   職位性質(zhì):全職   職位描述:   Company Introduction:   As the third Global Share Service Centre (GSSC) of Standard Chartered Group, GSSC China (Tianjin) provides a robust service where the right skills and resources support the Bank’s growing business expansion. We handle a wide range of value added and complex services from Operations to supporting global HR processes, Finance and Accounting Services, Software Development and Maintenance and also provides IT Service and Helpdesk support to the staff. In a nutshell, we provide the Group with scale and efficiency.   Management Trainee Programme :   Since establishing this prestigious Program in Tianjin since 2009, we have developed its Management Trainee Program into the most established Management Program providing aspiring leaders the necessary business exposure to take up middle management role or developing a specialist for critical roles.   The program will run for a total of eighteen (18) months with on and off-the-job development programs across all units in Banking Operation Business, GSSC China (Tianjin). During this period, you will likewise participate in a three-month rotation program to widen your horizon and sharpen your existing three areas of capabilities: technical, professional & leadership development. You will be given direct access to the CEO & Management Committee (MANCO) as your Mentors and will be tasked to undertake a stretched project in-country prior graduation.   Requirements of Management Trainee Position   Entry Requirement of MT Specialist Position (AML):   • Bachelor or Master background. AML (Anti-Money Landry ) background will be plus;   • 1-2 yrs experience related to Banking Operation or Finance. AML & Sanction knowledge will be highly preferred (option al for the candidates whose education is AML related);   • Has business acumen;   • Ability to work in the international environment, good command of English;   • Good communication and problem solving skill;   Entry Requirement of MT Generalist Position:   • Bachelor or Master background;   • 1-2 working experience related to Banking Ops or Finance (grads with overseas background is acceptable);   • Has business acumen;   • Ability to work in the international environment, good command of English;   • Good communication and problem solving skill;   Email: campus.hiring@sc.com
