兔子的耳朵很長(zhǎng)，除了聽(tīng)聲音，這對(duì)長(zhǎng)耳朵還有沒(méi)有別的用處呢?
Jacky is not sure about the answer. So he decides to ask the rabbits themselves. 說(shuō)兔子，兔子到!大耳朵兔Mr. Ears過(guò)來(lái)了，我們?nèi)ゴ騻€(gè)招呼吧。
哈哈，瞧瞧大耳朵先生吧!
What long ears he has! They are even much longer than his face.
看看我們自己，有誰(shuí)的耳朵比臉長(zhǎng)呢!
Why are his ears so long? The ears are very useful to the rabbit. Mr. Ears usually hears a threat before seeing it.
它的大耳朵豎起來(lái)以后可以轉(zhuǎn)來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)去，就象兩個(gè)雷達(dá)接收器，任何細(xì)小的聲音都不會(huì)漏掉。
Rabbits get hot easily in summer.The big ears can help them lower their body temperature.
還記得嗎? 獵豹奔跑的時(shí)候要靠尾巴來(lái)保持平衡。
Rabbits have very short tails. How can they keep their balance? Ha ha, it's not a problem for them. See, they have long ears.
雖然尾巴短，可是兔子通過(guò)擺動(dòng)耳朵也能保持平衡!
But not all rabbits have long ears. Arctic hares have shorter ears.
冰天雪地的，北極雪兔不需要大耳朵來(lái)散熱。
兔子也是復(fù)活節(jié)的象征。
據(jù)《圣經(jīng)》記載，耶穌死后三天復(fù)活了。為了紀(jì)念這個(gè)日子，人們就開(kāi)始過(guò)復(fù)活節(jié)。
Now Easter is a favourite festival for kids. They get many coloured eggs on this day.
這些就是大名鼎鼎的復(fù)活節(jié)彩蛋(Easter eggs)。
Kids also get some chocolate eggs.
會(huì)下蛋的兔子Bunny也是復(fù)活節(jié)的象征。
The bunny rabbit is amazing. It lays coloured eggs at Easter. Then it hides them in secret places.
據(jù)說(shuō)，只有好孩子才能找到這些彩蛋。
