二、留任職位:Sourcing Specialist
1.Job description
搜尋專(zhuān)員負(fù)責(zé)目標(biāo)候選人的搜索和篩選,為招聘專(zhuān)員提供篩選合格的候選人資源。積極主動(dòng)的開(kāi)發(fā)多樣化的候選人搜尋渠道,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析各個(gè)渠道的有效性,候選人信息的系統(tǒng)錄入,持續(xù)優(yōu)化搜索策略和渠道資源。
Sourcing Specialist will proactively develop potential recruiting sources; maintain sourcing channel statistics; maintain sourcing data in an applicant tracking system; prepare sourcing reports; analyze data and assist in future strategy development while enhancing the reputation of the organization.
This person will assist Recruiters with candidate sourcing and generation while developing and keeping a continuous pipeline of a diverse pool of candidates. This individual will develop a candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods including Internet and database mining, professional networking, and identifying additional recruiting sources for specialized searches.

- 必要時(shí)提供搜索情況的報(bào)告,候選人名單,聯(lián)系進(jìn)展
- 及時(shí)向上級(jí)報(bào)告候選人搜尋聯(lián)系過(guò)程中獲得的市場(chǎng)信息
- 主動(dòng)向招聘專(zhuān)員和團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)理反饋搜索過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題
- 按照要求通過(guò)系統(tǒng)管理候選人信息,評(píng)估結(jié)果及工作流程
· Responsible for the identification, assessment, and development of external candidate pools for client vacancies utilizing various resource tools, sourcing strategies, and techniques.
· Develops and implements defined recruitment strategies.
· Acts as the point person of research requests from the Recruiter.
· Assists in the coordination and implementation of strategies to develop applicant pools. Utilizes multiple sources of information to maintain and adjust strategy as necessary (journals, internet, schools, and associations).
· Proactively searches for qualified candidates.
· Uses research and search skills to identify prospects and maintain appropriate contact information.
· Ensures a clear understanding of the positions recruiting for and understands the selection criteria to be applied.
· Proactively identifies new resources applicable to industry assigned and other relevant industries.
· Provides continual feedback and acts as a resource as necessary for recruiters.
· Reports recruitment conditions on market data learned from candidates or other sources to sourcing manager.
· Proactively alerts Recruiters and Team Leader of problem searches.
· Utilize required systems to track candidates, workflow, sourcing data and screening information.
3.Qualification
