職位描述：
崗位職責(zé)：Position Responsibilities:
1. Set up inspection plan, prepare operationstandards and make sure the provided inspection report could meet requirements.
1. 制定檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃，作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，確保提供的檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告滿足要求。
2. Parts dimensions inspection.
2. 產(chǎn)品尺寸檢驗(yàn)。
3. Identify and analyze problems during inspection process, proposesuggestions & actions, and report them.
3. 識(shí)別并分析檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題，提出建議措施，并報(bào)告。
4. Analyze inspection data and prepare tooling modification schemes.
4. 檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的分析，制定修模方案。
5. Responsible for preparing on-site inspection standard and specificationsincluding reviewing records.
5. 負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范的制作和記錄的審核。
6. Responsible for monitoring manufacturing process of parts and sampleparts including first article inspection and finished parts inspection.

Mechanics Major or other relatedmajors, bachelor degree or above.

職位描述：
崗位職責(zé)：Position Responsibilities:
1. Grasp product contract,engineering agreement, product drawing, machining process and relevant specificationrequirement, prepare NDT procedure or technique sheet.
1. 掌握產(chǎn)品合同、技術(shù)協(xié)議、產(chǎn)品圖紙、加工工藝、有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，編制無(wú)損檢測(cè)程序文件或工藝。
2. According to relevant specification and quality regulations, supervise orperform NDT activities on site.
2.根據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序及質(zhì)保規(guī)定，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)管或操作無(wú)損檢測(cè)工作。
3. Prepare original records and NDTreports, be responsible for the daily check of system performance and establishproducts archives.

4. Find and dispose issues occurred in NDT processing

5. Drive for process continual improvement in NDT processing under the premiseof satisfying customer and specification requirements.

6. Support the establishment and maintenance of NDT training program, beresponsible for the new employee training.

MCL工程師(質(zhì)量部實(shí)驗(yàn)室材料工程師)
崗位職責(zé)：
Position Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for raw materialreceiving, inspection and outsourcing of test according to relevantspecifications and standards.
1.根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)原材料進(jìn)行接收驗(yàn)收及委外測(cè)試等。
2. Be familiar with relevantmaterial specifications, establish appropriate work instructions.
2. 熟悉相關(guān)材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，制定合適的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)。
3. Using the equipment of materiallab(eg:SEM) perform metallographic evaluation, grain size inspection andhardness inspection, etc. Analyze casting defects.
