國際會議銷售/海外銷售崗位介紹:即在一個會議項目中負責通過電話或者郵件的方式將我們的會議產(chǎn)品推薦給各行業(yè)的高層嘉賓。我們的客戶是500強企業(yè)或者各行業(yè)百強的高管,我們接觸的客戶是各行業(yè)里秀的人。這就決定了作為會議銷售的你,必須能夠為我們的客戶提供最專業(yè)的服務(wù)。銷售的責任是傳遞真正的價值,真正去幫助我們的客戶。
崗位職責:
1. 熟悉會議產(chǎn)品所處的行業(yè)與我們提供的會議產(chǎn)品。
2. 根據(jù)項目的定位,進行潛在客戶的信息搜集;
3. 與目標公司的管理層電話溝通并向他們推薦我們的會議;
4. 幫助我們的客戶完成注冊;
5. 會議現(xiàn)場積極幫助客戶,創(chuàng)造超越客戶期望的參會體驗;
6. 維護客戶關(guān)系;
任職要求:
1. 工作細致,執(zhí)行力強,追求卓越,并且認同Simba會議理念。
2. 本科及以上學歷,接受實習生,但需每周滿勤;
3. 精通中英文的口語和書寫(英語6級500分以上);
4. 因需要聯(lián)系到各行業(yè)全球的層接觸,銷售需要具備有開拓性精神,并且有較強的溝通能力;
5. 為人正直、熱情,積極,主動,具備良好的團隊合作能力;
6. 抗壓能力強,積極奉獻,能為完成項目不計較付出;
7. 有會議、咨詢行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先。
薪資報酬:
1. 基礎(chǔ)銷售底薪:3000元底薪+650崗位考核+300元午飯補貼+其他獎勵 +2個月后有一次加薪機會、額度1000元
2. 提成:結(jié)合個人銷售額,是銷售收入的主要構(gòu)成。
3. 旅游:表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀,即可加入我們的項目旅行。
4. 五險一金:足額

Overseas Sales
Job description: introducingour conference product to all kinds of industries’ executives by phone ore-mail. Due to our customers are the executives from top 500 companies or top100 companies in each industry, as sales, you should be able to provideprofessional service to our distinguished guests. The responsibility of salesis conveying the real value to help our guests.
Job responsibilities:
1. Completing the research of the target company toensure the effective understanding of the project information;
2. Collecting the information of potential customersaccording to the project orientation.
3. Communicatingwith the manager of the target company and recommend our conference to them;
4. Assisting with our customers tocomplete the registration;
5. Assisting with customers to solve all kinds ofproblems during the conference, and providing them with unexpectedly perfect service.
6. Maintaining the good relationship with customers
Job requirements:
1. Working in details, good execution skill, chasingexcellence, and agree with the concept of Simba Events.
2. Bachelordegree or above, accept interns only who can work 5 days a week
3. Pass CET6(above 500 credits), excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
4. Owning pioneering spirit and excellentcommunication skills to contact with leaders in all kinds of industries allover the world.
5. Integrity, enthusiasm, ateam-worker;
6. Positive mental attitude with a competitive environmentcan bear strong work pressure
7. Prior to applicant who hasworking experience in conference and consulting industries
Salary:
1. Base Salary 3000CNY/Month+650CNY/Month Commission + Meal Supplement: 15CNY/Day+1000CNY(Two months later,there is a chance to promote, the amount is 1000CNY)
2. Commission: accordingto the personal sales, it is the main sales revenue
3. Travel: the goodperformer can join in our project trip.
4. Five one insurance fund: full
