  Software Engineer (Cloud Computing)軟件工程師(云計算)
    

  Overview:
    

  Cloud Computing engineer will be evolved in design and develop large-scale multimedia processing system.
    

  Cooperate with algorithm engineer, WEB developing engineer and mobile device developing engineer to make whole system work.
    

  Responsibilities:
    

  1. Design and develop multimedia processing software architecture
    

  2. Develop multimedia streaming protocol such as RTSP, RTMP, and HLS
    

  3. Integrate video processing algorithm into software system
    

  4. Optimize software with parallel processing technique, such as OpenMP, OpenCL, CUDA, and MPI
    

  5. Design and develop local multimedia software in PC or mobile.
    

  Requirements:
    

  1. CS/EE Master's degree or above required
    

  2. Programming experience in C/C++; deep understanding of algorithms, data structure, computer architecture and network protocol
    

  3. Deep understanding of the internet; rich experience in large-scale distributed system.
    

  4. be familiar with image/video processing, video/audio codec, and media streaming protocol is a good plus.
    

  5. Knowledge of the architecture of public cloud service sites (Amazon, Google) is a plus
    

 
    

  Mobile Developer手機開發(fā)工程師
    

  Overview:
    

  The mobile developer will be responsible for designing, coding and documenting multimedia application system develops in Android and IOS for mobile terminal for company project.
    

  Responsibilities:
    

  1. Develop mobile multimedia application system for both Android and IOS devices;
    

  2. Write coherent, organized code and be comfortable working on a complicated code-base with high levels of abstraction;
    

  3. Work with project management to help define functional specification for mobile application;
    

  4. Work with project management to help define communication protocol for mobile application and server;
    

  5. Expected to contribute technically to project and team.
    

  6. Selectively participate in analysis and design work
    

  Requirements:
    

  1. MS of CS or related.
    

  2. Development experience in Android or IOS.
    

  3. Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
    

  4. Experience working on multimedia frameworks such as Gstreamer, ffmpeg is a good plus.
    

  5. Knowledge on video/audio streaming technology is a good plus.

  Overview
    

  The Web developer will be responsible for designing, coding and documenting for B/S application systems for internet/intranet. To research, analysis and build for multimedia protocol, server and Server cluster based on requirements analyses.
    

  Responsibilities:
    

  1. Development B/S management systems for internet/ intranet;
    

  2. Write coherent, organized code and be comfortable working on a complicated code-base with high levels of abstraction;
    

  3. Contribute for the Layout, visual appearance and usability of a B/S application system;

  Image Quality Engineer 圖像質(zhì)量工程師
    

  Overview:
    

  OmniVision Technologies is looking for a passionate and talented image quality engineer to join our software development team in Wuhan, China
    

  Responsibilities:
    

  1. To conduct hands-on quantitative image quality (IQ) evaluation
    

  2. Generate comparative IQ report for different platforms and sensors
    

  3. Perform image quality tuning to meet customers’ standard
    

  4. Work closely with members of algorithm, firmware and software teams to deliver best possible camera quality
    

  5. Provide feedback and support to FAE on customer issue
    

  Requirements:
    

  1. Familiar with general concept and basic knowledge of digital camera system
    

  2. Experience CMOS image sensors from IQ perspective
    

  3. Knowledge of digital image processing and color science
    

  Familiarity with image algorithms such as auto-exposure, auto white balancing, auto focus etc.
    

  4. Experience in image quality metrics and measurements
    

  5. Ability to document evaluation/test results and to communicate effectively with others

  Position Overview:
    

  The candidate will join a team of highly competent ASIC designers involved in design, verification, and implementation (ASIC) of advanced platform for OmniVision's future generation multi-media products.
    

  Responsibilities:
    

  1. Provide detailed block-level design and documents;
    

  2. Develop and execute thorough block level simulation and lab verification plan;
    

  3. Participate in the FPGA platform development and lab debugging.
    

  4. Participate in block level architecture design;
    

  5. Assisting embedded FW development.
    

  Requirements:
    

  1.Good knowledge of RTL simulation and synthesis. Knowledge of design for low power and design for manufacturing
    

  2. Able to write C/C++ code to model RTL blocks for simulation and verification
    

  3. Able to write reusable Verilog RTL codes, follow design and DFT guidelines.
    

  4. Able to write verification test plans, and be able to run synthesis, static timing analysis, formal verification.
    

  5. Knowledge in languages relevant to the ASIC development process including Verilog, Unix Scripting, Perl, and Tcl.
    

  6. DSP function implementation experience is a plus.
    

  7. Strong analytical, and problem solving skills as well as hands-on lab debugging skills

  ASIC Design Engineer----wireless ASIC設(shè)計工程師--無線通信方向
    

  Position Overview:
    

  The candidate will join a team of highly competent ASIC designers involved in design, verification, and implementation of advanced platform for OmniVision's future generation wireless products. He will responsible for RTL design, SOC integration and FPGA system evaluation of wireless system.
    

  Responsibilities:
    

  1. be responsible for SOC system architecture, RTL coding, simulation, implementation and evaluation of wireless system solution schemes;
    

  2. Wireless communication protocol research, performance evaluation, optimization for wireless product engineering implementation
    

  3. Working with project team members to contribute Bluetooth & wlan SOC design to product;
    

  4. Provide detailed block-level/top-level design and documents;
    

  5. Develop and execute thorough simulation and lab verification plan;
    

  6. Participate in the FPGA platform development and lab debugging;
    

  7. Assisting embedded FW development.
    

  Requirements:
    

  1. Familiar with simulation methods and tools, e. g. Matlab Simulink,
    

NC-Verilog;
    

  2. Familiarity with standard lab equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers is a plus;
    

  3. Strong knowledge in digital communication, signal processing and development experience, such as PSK,QPSK,QAM, or OFDM, is required;
    

  4. Strong analytical, and problem solving skills as well as hands-on lab debugging skills;
    

  5 .Knowledge in languages relevant to the ASIC development process including Unix Scripting, Perl and Tcl is desirable, but not required;
    

  6. Good verbal communication skills, as well as writing technical documentation;

  Embedded Software Engineer----wireless嵌入式軟件工程師--無線通信方向
    

  Position Overview:
    

  Development SOC(system on chip) firmware in wireless communication area
    

  Responsibilities:
    

  1. Wireless software protocols development and verification (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).
    

  2. Device driver development (UART, IIS, SDIO, etc.) and RTOS Performance-Tuning.
    

  3. Co-Work with hardware and analog engineers to debug and verify wireless platform.
    

  Requirements:
    

  1. Solid C programming skills.
    

  2. Good knowledge on embedded processors (ARM) and embedded OS (UCOS, freeRTOS, utron).
    

  3. Good troubleshooting capability, Sense of collaboration and teamwork, rewards and celebrates team successes and achievements
    

  4. Familiar with wireless communication protocols (especially Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) is preferred.
    

  5. Familiar with device driver development is preferred.
    

  6. Education Background: Master degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

  Position Overview:
    

  be responsible to research and develop of image processing and pattern recognition algorithms.
    

  Responsibilities:
    

  1. research and develop still/motion image processing algorithms based on our SENSOR or APPLICATION;
    

  2. research and develop the corresponding algorithms of PATTERN RECOGNITION;
    

  3. algorithm simplification in MATHEMATRICS or HARDWARE.
    

  4. Algorithm testing and verification;
    

  5. Algorithm integration in system architecture
    

  Requirements:
    

  1. experience in still/motion image processing;
    

  2. strong mathematics background, and algorithm designing ability;
    

  3. excellent programming skills in C/C++ and matlab;
    

  4. experience in algorithm optimization including software and hardware
