    [12:13.28]these people were given a variety of breakfasts and sometimes
    [12:20.68]they had to skip breakfast completely.Special tests,
    [12:28.07]including blood tests and endurance tests,were set up to analyze
    [12:36.27]how well the participants'bodies functioned
    [12:42.25]when they had eaten a certain kind of breakfast.
    [12:47.43]The results showed that if a person eats an adequate breakfast,
    [12:56.20]he or she will work more efficiently and more productively
    [13:03.18]than if he or she sikp breakfast or eats a very poor breakfast.
    [13:11.56]This fact appears to be especially trueif a person's work involves mental activity
    [13:22.56]The study showed that if school children eat fruit
    [13:29.17]eggs,bread,and milk before going to school,they will learn more quickly

    [14:31.86]You will probably lose more weight if you reduce your other meals.
