二、凱德集團管理培訓生計劃
Graduate Development Programme (China)簡介
在凱德集團，我們的目標是發(fā)展我們自己的人才，并確保人才庫的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。新加坡特有的香灰莉樹有著挺拔的樹干，在任何艱苦的條件下，也能茁壯成長、開花結果。就好比我們要找的人必須有著堅韌不拔的品性。凱德集團畢業(yè)生發(fā)展計劃旨在培育那些有潛力成為公司未來管理層的畢業(yè)生。
該項目將提供年輕畢業(yè)生在房地產(chǎn)、服務公寓和金融服務業(yè)務行業(yè)發(fā)展的機會。新入職的人員將作為儲備管理人員，在15個月的時間內(nèi)，逐步完成公司所提供的管理培訓課程，同時參與在各個業(yè)務單位實際項目的工作，其中包括在本地和至少3個月海外工作培訓的機會。
優(yōu)異的績效表現(xiàn)與所表現(xiàn)出來的潛力將幫助每一位畢業(yè)生，獲得更好的職業(yè)發(fā)展機會，更廣泛的業(yè)務知識涉獵，以及個人能力的提升。
The CapitaLand Graduate Development Programme (GDP)
At CapitaLand, we aim to grow our own timber and ensure the sustainability of our talent pipeline. The Graduate Development Programme can be likened to that of growing Tembusu trees as they embody much of the same qualities we seek in incumbents— a hardy constitution and the ability to thrive and bloom under all types of conditions. The Programme thus aims to nurture those with demonstrated potential for future management positions within the Group.
The Programme is rare opportunity for promising young graduates to gain exposure to the hospitality, real estate and financial services businesses. When new hires come onboard as Management Executives, they can look forward to an exciting, broad based management training programme that involves working on real assignments in different business units, both locally and 3 months’ overseas, over a period of 15 months.
High performers with demonstrated potential can expect a rewarding career with ample opportunities to stretch themselves, gain wider business exposure and acquire new competencies.
